Marilee Marshall has defended clients, at both the trial and appellate level, accused of all major felonies. Her cases have involved, murder, conspiracy to commit murder, gang related homicide, women who have killed their abusive spouses, robbery, kidnapping, all types of sex crimes, including rape and child molestation, assault, domestic violence, fraud, theft, drug and firearm related offenses.
She has substantial success helping lifers obtain parole.
She represents clients on death row who are appealing their convictions.
